In a future post, I will discuss using intention management instead of time management. Part of intention management is being aware of the kinds of intentions you want to cultivate throughout the day. Many personal planners have begun including a section of the paper-day to list things you are grateful for. The daily gratitude section found in today’s popular planners is evidence that this kind of reflection being increasingly incorporated into our culture’s nebulous definition of a successful/good day. This reflection makes you more aware of things to be grateful for, in effect cultivating gratitude or grateful intention. And literally making space for this kind of reflection in a planner is a great way encourage it.
But we need not stop at gratitude. There are all sorts of positive intentional states to appreciate and cultivate. That’s why I’ve created these planner pages. Feel free to use the ones that resonate with you.
